The petitioner in the present case has moved an application under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to keep the CCTV footage of Indian Bank, Village Bakhtawarpur Branch dated 01.10.2021 in safe custody and for providing a copy of the same to the petitioner. The said application was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sonepat, Haryana. Vide order dated 02.11.2021 the petitioner was given an opportunity to move an application before the concerned Court as the matter related to District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. The petitioner has, however, approached this Court.
