(ORAL) This petition under Section 482 Cr.PC was filed by the petitioner for setting aside the judgment and order dated 19.12.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohali (P-6) in FIR No.570 dated 14.11.2006 u/s 420, 467,468,471,120-B IPC, PS Phase I, SAS Nagar Mohali, whereby he was convicted and sentenced, as recorded in order P-6. Further prayer was to stay consequential proceedings pending in the lower Appellate Court.
