(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct fair and proper investigation of FIR No.0047 dated 21.02.2016 registered under Section 436 IPC at Police Station Dadri City, District Jhajjar.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Krishan Pal and on the basis of the affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri dated 11.05.2019 submits that on completion of the investigation, challan was presented before the trial Court on 02.05.2016 and charges were framed on 03.06.2016. It is further argued that the entire prosecution evidence has been concluded and the case before the trial Court, is now fixed for final arguments for 09.09.2019. In view of the above, no further action is called for. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
