Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing official respondents to conduct further investigation in proper and fair manner in case FIR No. 203 dated 26.07.2020 registered under Sections 323, 342, 498-A, 506, 376 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Industrial Area Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from SI Suresh, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the present case has concluded and the accused, namely, Rakesh and Ramphal have been acquitted vide judgment dated 06.03.2023 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani.
