Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - District Magistrate, Patiala to look into the matter and to ensure that the application of parole filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is stated to be pending since long is considered and is disposed of expeditiously.

The aforesaid order is being passed as learned counsel representing the petitioner has represented that petitioner's application has already been processed partly and report dated 23.11.2022 has already been made in respect of the same by Superintendent of Police, District Chitorgarh (Rajasthan).
