(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.124 dated 18.06.2018 registered under Sections 22 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within seven days and his bail application, if any, shall be decided by the trial Court within next seven days in accordance with law.
