In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner was working with the respondentEducation Department and he unfortunately died on 13.02.2015 after which, the petitioner was granted the financial assistance of Rs.31,726/- vide order dated 11.08.2015 (Annexure P-2), which benefit has been stopped now and that too without giving any opportunity to show cause. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the present writ petition has already been raised by the petitioner through a representation dated 05.09.2023 (Annexure P-5), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) has been received in the office and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the authorities concerned within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
