Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioners states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the date of hearing in the main case is preponed.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself. CR-751-2022 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has made a statement, on instructions, that the respondent would not be pressing YOGESH SHARMA 2023.01.05 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CR-751-2022 (O&M) -2for furnishing of the bank guarantee qua the interest component. He, however, prays that the appeal itself may be decided on an early date. In view of the very fair statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present revision petition is disposed off. The Appellate Court shall not insist on furnishing of the bank guarantee qua the interest component. However, the Appellate Court is requested to dispose off the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
