Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition on merits. He, however, seeks indulgence of this Court only to the extent that six weeks' time be granted to affix the deficient Court fee.

Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. He states that he has no objection.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall affix the deficient Court fee within a period of six weeks from today.
