On 27.11.2024 the following order was passed : " On 27.02.2024 a request for an adjournment was made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the arguing counsel was not well. On 09.07.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 01.10.2024. On 01.10.2024 the case was adjourned by order to today. Today again a request for an adjournment is made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is unwell. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 26.08.2025."

On the previous date of hearing i.e. 26.08.2025, learned counsel for the appellant had stated that the matter was pending before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and had sought some time. RSA-529-2024 (O&M) case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
