This application was filed by Amarjit Singh and Harjinder Kaur under Section 378(3) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 3.10.2016 whereby respondents No.2 to 5 were acquitted of the charges under Sections 307/452/148 read with Section 149 IPC.

The present application for leave to appeal qua applicant No.2-Harjinder Kaur has already been dismissed as having been withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
