The instant first petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.12 dated 18.12.2018, under Sections 498-A, 406, 120-B, 354-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Ludhiana Rural (Annexure P-1). 2.

In view of the orders dated 24.07.2024, passed in CRM-M-10083-2023 and CRM-M-34846-2024, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
