(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.43 dated 11.05.2016, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Kanwan, District Pathankot. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
