Learned counsel for the respondents states that arrears and mesne profits as agreed to before this Court on 23.02.2018 have been paid and thereafter a lease agreement dated 20.04.2019 has been entered into between the petitioner and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. He produced copy of lease agreement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to contradict the said fact due to lack of instructions. There is no reason to doubt the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents.

The contempt petition is disposed of.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition if the statement made today is factually contradicted. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE October 24, 2019
