The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking transfer of the investigation to respondent No. 2 and directing the respondent No. 2 to conduct impartial and fair inquiry in case FIR No. 114 dated 09.06.2023 under Section 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 101, 102, 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, registered at Police Station Division No. 08, District Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
