This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.171 dated 05.12.2019 under Sections 376 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the said FIR, however, despite the false implication, matter stands compromised wherein it has been agreed that the petitioner herein and the prosecutrix would solemnize a marriage. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

The prosecutrix is present in Court as identified by the Investigating Officer ASI Paramjit Kaur. On the asking of the Court, she submits that the matter has been compromised and they are going to solemnize a marriage. Keeping in view the aforementioned fact, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal bond and surety bond to the PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.02.25 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
