(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of Criminal Complaint bearing No.COMI/26/2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 294, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Bhondsi, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sohna at Gurugram, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including the impugned summoning order dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-7), framing charges against the petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
