Petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue necessary directions to the respondent No.2 i.e. Registrar General of Societies, Haryana to decided the appeal bearing No.680/RGSH of 2025 titled as Narender Kumar and Others Vs. Brij Mohan Vats and Others (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions of State Registrar, Mr. Satish Singla submits that appeal Annexure P-3 shall be finally decided within a period of 3 months from 9th April, 2026 when it is stated to be listed, provided counsel for parties, render assistance to the Presiding Officer. 3.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, writ petition is disposed of.
