This is the second petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of him being granted the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.315 dated 05.11.2023, under Sections 153-A, 295-A, 298, 506 of the IPC (Section 295-A deleted subsequently), registered at P.S. Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-61896-2023, wherein, he had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed by this Court, vide detailed order dated 11.01.2024. 3.
Since there is no change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed being non maintainable.
