(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.0043 dated 23.01.2020 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and under Section 3 of The Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 at Police Station Sector 31, Faridabad.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manoj Kumar submits that during pendency of present petition, petitioner has been arrested on 19.07.2021 and this petition has become infructuous.
