CRM No.4209-2016 in/and CRM-A-238-MA-2016 (O&M) -2Kumar has also stated that he is not witness to the incident as Satgurdial had told him about the occurrence. The alleged property belongs to nephew of the complainant who has also not been examined. Therefore, there is no ground to grant leave to file the appeal.
The present petition is dismissed.
