(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition as it wishes to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation for re-determination of the environmental compensation in terms of the revised/modified policy issued by the State of Haryana.

Mr. Ankur Mittal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for approaching the respondent-authorities. He further submits that in case the petitioner files such a representation, the respondent-authorities would consider and decide the same in terms of the revised/modified policy in accordance with law.
