Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing criminal complaint No.133/2017 dated 11.05.2017 (P-3) as well as summoning order dated 14.06.2017 (P-4) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioner. Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition at appropriate stage. Disposed of.
