MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 for taking action on her representation (Annexure P1) sent to the official respondents on 11.10.2018, 20.07.2018, 13.11.2018, 27.11.2018, 05.12.2018, 27.11.2019, 10.01.2019 and for registering of FIR against the private respondents.

Learned counsel submits that despite the aforementioned representation having been given to the official respondents, they had been sitting over the matter and had failed to initiate any action much less register FIR against the private respondents. I have heard the learned counsel and perused the material on record.

This court is not inclined to invoke its inherent jurisdiction RUPINDER KAUR 2022.03.02 13:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions as prayed for, for the

CRM-M-7255-2020 [ 2 ] registration of FIR. In case the petitioner is aggrieved on account of any inaction on the part of the official respondents, instead of knocking on the doors of this court, she would be well advised to avail of the alternative remedies available to her under the provisions of law in the light of the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. and others 2008 (2) SCC 409.

The petition is dismissed.
