When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, submits that Letters Patent Appeal No.186 of 2023 (Dilbagh Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others), arising out of the same impugned judgment, filed by few of the petitioners therein, namely, Dilbag Singh and others, was considered and dismissed by a Coordinate Bench, vide order dated 02.03.2023.
