(ORAL) Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short "BNSS"), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.03 dated 08.01.2023 under Sections 420 and 120 of IPC, registered at Police Station Division Pau, District Ludhiana. 2.

On 11.02.2025, following order had been passed: - "Status report filed by way of affidavit dated 10.02.2025, of Mr. Gurdev Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Ludhiana, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the other side.

Registry to do the needful.

Learned counsel contends, inter alia, that no amount has gone into the account of petitioner.

In the meanwhile, petitioner shall join investigation before the Investigating Officer, but he be not arrested till the next date of hearing."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 11.02.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
