By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for taking appropriate action in pursuance to FIR No.806 dated 10.10.2017 registered under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Sections 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at P.S. Sirsa City.

Upon instructions from SI Lilu Ram, P.S. City Sirsa, learned State counsel submits that the investigation in the aforementioned FIR already stands concluded with the filing of challan and the matter is now listed for consideration upon framing of charge. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous as the relief claimed in the FIR already stands granted with the conclusion of investigation followed by presentation of challan on 19.02.2023.
