(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for declaring the order of reversion dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondents to be illegal, arbitrary and against the mandate of the verdict passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in State of U.P. vs Arvind Kumar Srivastava and others, (2015) 1 SCC 347 as well as the judgment passed by this Court in CWP-6507-2018 and connected matters.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars after laying challenge to the order dated 26.11.2025.
