Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that in the interregnum, the accused stands acquitted vide judgment dated 03.08.2023 and the present petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
