This order shall dispose of aforementioned writ petitions i.e. CWP-3133-2023, CWP-5007-2023 and CWP-5343-2023, as the controversy

- 2 - involved in all the aforementioned writ petitions is similar. However, for the purpose of disposal of these writ petitions, main/common order is being passed in CWP-3133-2023. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that all the writ petitions have been filed by challenging the order dated 08.02.2023 and 24.01.2023, and after hearing the preliminary submissions, on 15.02.2023, this Court passed the following order:- "Present :- Mr. Brijender Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner.

***** The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 08.02.2023 (Annexure P-11) and a further prayer to set aside the order dated 24.01.2023 (Annexure P-10) and a further prayer to restrain the respondent No.4 from proceeding further with the election of the Governing Body of the Society in pursuance to the elections declared on 08.02.2023. Notice of motion for 17.05.2023, Process of election may continue, however, the declaration of the final result will be subject to the final out come of the writ petition.

On instructions, Mr. Brijender Kaushik, counsel , for the petitioner(s), submits that subsequent thereto, the election process was over and the final result was announced, and said final result is now under challenge before the Registrar General of the Societies, Haryana.

- 3 - In this view of situation, he submits that presently, he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition(s) to take all such pleas before the Appellate Forum, where the appeal(s) has already been filed. 4.
