(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct detail inquiry/investigation on the grievance of petitioners made vide representation dated 15.09.2019 (Annexure P-13) and other representations against accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed way back in February, 2020 seeking detail inquiry/investigation. He further submits that he be permitted to file a representation to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police and the same be decided in a time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. In the event of making representation by the petitioner to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, the same be decided within 30 working days from today by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
