**** M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO, J. (Oral) This Letters Patent Appeal is preferred against the order dt.16.01.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in CRWP-441-2023. Since the Apex Court in State of Haryana and another vs. Ram Kishan Fauji and others1 has taken the view that Letters Patent Appeals are not maintainable against orders in Criminal Writ Petitions, we hold that this Appeal is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this LPA is dismissed granting liberty to the appellant to avail other remedy.
