Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner has sought interim regular bail for 15 days in FIR No.85 dated 11.05.2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5), 238, 217, 229(1) and 231 of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal, Haryana to attend the marriage of his real brother.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Ruchi Sekhri, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice and objects the petition on the ground that marriage of real brother is not a valid reason for granting interim bail.

This Court also agrees with the contention raised by the learned State Counsel. Hence, no ground is made out to entertain the present petition. Dismissed.
