(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 163 dated 18.10.2018 registered under Sections 406, 498-A and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) and impugned order dated 12.11.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar vide which the present petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender (Annexure P-4) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. It is noticed in the order dated 01.03.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court that learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to lay challenge only to the order dated 12.11.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar vide which the present petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person (Annexure P-4). Thereafter vide same order, notice was issued and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned DIVYANSHI 2024.08.09 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-9551-2021 (O&M) -2 - trial Court within a period of three weeks from today i.e. 01.03.2021. Upon her doing so, she was to be released on interim bail subject to furnishing of bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court/Duty Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, informed that the petitioner has not surrendered even till date.
