Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 for conducting fair investigation in FIR No.626, Annexure P-1, dated 27.11.2024, under Sections 115, 191(3), 190 of BNS, later on added Section 4 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad, to deal and prosecute the accused persons, i.e. respondents No.4 to 9 in accordance with law. 2.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the complainant at whose behest above-mentioned FIR No.626, dated 27.11.2024 has been registered. He submits that the petitioner is being harassed and pressurized by the private respondents not to pursue the FIR. He thus submits that petitioner has every apprehension that investigation would not be conducted in a free and fair manner. 3.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Sumit Jain, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh that investigation is being conducted totally in a impartial manner and challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been filed against five of the accused. He submits that the investigation qua respondents No.4 to 9 is already in progress and the same would be concluded within a month. 5.
In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/State to conclude the investigation in a free and fair manner in accordance with law, within a month from today.
