ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Grievance of the petitioners is qua delay in disposal of a pending application (Annexure P-7) preferred by them under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC filed before the court below in Civil Suit No. CS/2132/2021, seeking an ad-interim injunction to restrain the respondents from raising alleged illegal construction over the suit property i.e. Plot No.69, Sector 20-A, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is repeatedly being adjourned by the trial Court and aforesaid pending application is not being decided.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
Given that due to the restrictions caused by the current pandemic, the Courts below are working on reduced capacity of staff as well as through emergent means of Video-conferencing, it is understandable that certain delays are being caused in disposal of the cases. In the premise, no interference is warranted by this Court on this ground alone that the pending application is being adjourned. 6.
