Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for taking appropriate steps in case FIR No. 415 dated 27.11.2018, registered under Sections 325, 323, 120-B, 506 & 149 IPC at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana.

Petitioner-Kushal is complainant of the aforesaid FIR and his grievance is that accused persons had caused him injuries which were declared dangerous to life and police has registered a case under Section 325 IPC only.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P7) before respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhaiana, but still no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P7) and take the required action thereon, if any, as per law.
