Prayer made in the present case is for directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner, who applied under SC category, to fill the vacant posts for Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the subject of English that remained vacant in the categories of Ex-Serviceman, Scheduled Castes and Sports Persons, with regard to which representation dated 23.01.2025, Annexure P-12, has been submitted, but the same have yet not evoked any response.He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counselhas no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 23.01.2025, Annexure P-12 within a period of 02 DINESH 2025.02.13 04:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
