Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for quashing of FIR No.121 dated 24.05.2019 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-6); also order dated 30.04.2022 (Annexure P-13) passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana whereby charges under Sections 420, 120-B IPC have been framed and order dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure P-14) whereby Addl. Sessions Judge, Ludhiana has dismissed the revision petition against the order dated 30.04.2022.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take all the pleas during the course of trial, at appropriate stage. Counsel also submits that petitioner No.2 is aged about 79 years and therefore, his personal appearance before the trial Court be exempted.
