Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conclude the investigation in FIR No.159 dated 06.09.2020 under Sections 458, 302, 323, 148, 149, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur.

CRM-M-9548-2021 -2to be innocent. The said inquiry was approved by the SSP, Ferozepur. Learned State counsel submits that one co-accused/respondent No.5 Jeet Singh, respondent No.6 Raj Singh, respondent No.7 Baaj Singh and respondent No.10 Balvir Singh were nominated as accused. It is further submitted that respondent No.5 Jeet Singh stands arrested and challan qua him stands presented.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for redressal of his grievance.
