The appeal has been filed by the complainant Smt. Shakuntla Devi against the judgment and order dated 03.03.2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul whereby respondents No.1 to 4 have been acquitted in the complaint case alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 167, 219, 465, 466, 467, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous application seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for grant of leave to appeal and also the application for grant of leave to appeal.
