Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the averments made in reply dated 20.03.2019 (P-3) to the Legal Notice dated 18.02.2019 (P-2), whereby respondent No. 3 declined the claim of petitioner with regard to his promotion for the post of Lab Attendant / Senior Lab Attendant from the date, when his juniors were promoted.

On 19.09.2022, no one appeared on behalf of petitioner inspite of the case called thrice. Today also, despite calling twice, none come present on behalf of petitioner.

In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. As a result thereof, there is no option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. "Dismissed for non-prosecution".
