This revision petition has been filed assailing the correctness of the orders passed by the trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court refusing to grant injunction to the petitioner (the plaintiff). The plaintiff's suit for grant of decree of permanent injunction as well as mandatory injunction is pending before the trial Court. The dispute is with regard to the election of Janta Vidya Bhawan, Butana, which is stated to be managed by a registered society. During the pendency of the present revision petition, the election of the office bearers of the aforesaid society have been completed. 2.

Civil Revision No. 724 of 2022 the First Appellate Court has made observations with respect to nonmaintainability of suit which would result in dismissal of the suit. 3.

The learned counsel representing the parties, after arguing at some length, have come to a consensus. They jointly state that such observations made by the First Appellate Court shall not be construed as final expression of its opinion on the merits of the case. 4.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
