A perusal of the averments made in the petition, particularly para 10 of the petition, which stands reproduced hereinunder, reveals that there has indeed been concealment on the part of the petitioners. "10. That there is no other FIR case registered against the petitioners and they are not declared proclaimed offenders by any competent court of law."
