The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.357, dated 14.12.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1), 324(4), 3(5) BNS registered at Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. 2.

This Court vide order dated 06.02.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 06.02.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.

In view of the above, order dated 06.02.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
