(ORAL) The petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to present the final report of investigation in case FIR No.186 dated 05.09.2013 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala Guru, Amritsar. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that cancellation report was filed before the Illaqa Magistrate, however, the same had not been accepted and had instead been returned by the Court concerned for further investigation vide order dated 04.03.2023. In view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not press the instant petition, which accordingly stands dismissed.
