(ORAL) Through this criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of detenue, namely; Rekha wife of petitioner from the illegal and unlawful custody of respondents 2 and 3, by appointing a warrant officer.
