The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.269 dated 20.12.2021, registered under Sections 15, 18, 18-C, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Harmeet Singh, submits that evidence in this case has already been concluded. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
