Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the notice dated 10.02.2022 (Annexure P-1), issued by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has already retired from service and wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file reply to the impugned notice dated 10.02.2022 and if any adverse order is passed against him, he may be permitted to challenge the same. 3.
