HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.358 dated 10.06.2018 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Dadri Sadar, Charkhi Dadri.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are inadvertent mistakes in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
